Bring your dish to the Lake pavilion on Saturday for a Best Recipe contest.  Everyone will be sharing their family specialty with our Jellystone Campers.  You may win 1st prize $100.00, 2nd prize $50.00 and 3rd prize $25.00. Their will also be Yogi Bear, Cindy Bear� and Boo Boo cook awards. Enjoy arts & crafts, water games, mini golf, fishing, boating, lite stick wagon rides and more...  Dancing on Saturday night with "Entertainment Express" DJ.

10, 11, & 12  "CHICAGO CUBS" Weekend  

  Take me out to the Ball game.  Show us your a Chicago Cubs fan and receive 50% off your campsite rate. This weekend is devoted to Yogi Bears favorite sport.  Yogi Bear has a surprise guest coming!  Yogi's having a Baseball tournament.  Sign-up and your team may win a Cubs t-shirt and pennant. Who will win the Chicago Cubs ticket giveaway? Fish Fry on Friday night.  Join Yogi Bear for a Cubs lunch at the Lake pavilion with a big screen baseball movie.  Best Chicago Cubs decorated golf cart contest.  1st prize $50.00. Pack Dad's cooler and grab your fishing gear.  Enter Dad and family in the Jellystone Fishing Derby. Who will win the trophy for the quickest catch, biggest fish, the most fish or the smallest fish between the hours of 11AM and 2PM?  Catch a fish over 16" during the same hours and we will give you a "FREE" Yogi Bear�  T-shirt.  All you can eat CC's Pizza buffet on Saturday. Enjoy  boating, water games, mini golf arts & crafts, field games. Dad's play FREE in a Mini golf tournament, Fathers & kids picture time-with-Yogi Bear�.  Ice cream specialties, family movie, lite stick wagon ride and more.  Dads eat "FREE" Pancake or French toast breakfast when his family orders off the menu. 24, 25 & 26    Mystery Dinner Weekend
   " A dinner to die for". Yogi invites you to put a little mystery into your life.  There's a star struck mystery on the menu.  An evening where mystery and comedy are on the itinerary.  Whodunit?  Who will solve the mystery and be the winning detective that takes home the cash reward?  You will find a great meal and an exhilarating mystery production by Randum Act. Mystery Dinner includes dancing with live music by "Nobody's Rock-N-Roll Band". Complimentary babysitting for 5yrs and up.  Must be minimum of 21 yrs old to attend Mystery Dinner. Reserve your tickets while they last! During your stay, send the kids to arts & crafts, pool games, field games, paddle/row boat races, mini golf, mystery hunt.  Non-Reserved dinner guests can enjoy dancing and karaoke on Saturday night with Byrne w/Deseyre DJ.

1, 2, 3 & 4th    Fourth of July Weekend (3 night minimum)
    It's gonna be a blast!  Celebrity Chef Jimmy Bannos cooks up a festive 4th of July BBQ. Everyone samples his cooking. "CARNIVAL" rides, food and games all weekend. Decorate your campsite in red, white and blue contest. Decorate your bike, golf cart and yourselves and join Yogi bear� as he leads the 4th of July parade. Who will win our Patriotic campsite and Yogi Parade decorating contest. Food fest by Old Faceful, with lots of Baked Potatoes and Roasted corn.  Breakfast specials on Saturday & Sunday. Watermelon eating contest, pie in the face contest. Lite stick wagon rides and outdoor movies. Live entertainment Saturday with Jimmy Henrich & the Western Haze band, Sunday, "High Noon" Band. 
 

8, 9 & 10  Pioneer Days & Civil War Re-Enactment

    Come enjoy some fun in the sun.  Re-enactors, Indian's, traders, women and children in their pioneer dress and camp life.  Watch living history on the beach.  Yogi watch out for the bandits! There's a Wagon ride holdup! 18th century crafts and games, Boat races, mini golf with Cindy Bear, lite stick wagon rides and movies.  Lunch and picture taking with Yogi bear� at the Lake pavilion. Moonlight Madness Sale.   Dancing on Saturday night with "Entertainment Express".

15, 16 & 17  "Kwanzaa In July" (Fresh Fruits of the Harvest)

     Come join us for a weekend full of FUN and HARVEST.  Yogi Bear is always ready for a KWANZAA FEAST at our Saturday afternoon potluck dinner. There's sure to be sweet coconut recipes there.  Watch out for the picnic basket BANDIT!  Celebrate the modern and ancient Kwanzaa with festive flags, a family tree craft, candles, homemade candy and streamers in arts & crafts. Picture taking with Yogi Bear, Cindy Bear and Boo Boo.   Kwanzaa is a Swahili word for "Fresh Fruits of the Harvest".  Ice cream specialties, Sign up for the Scavenger Hunt luncheon with our Social Club, lite stick wagon rides. Saturday night dancing and fun with "Karaoke Showtime Entertainment"

22, 23 & 24       Yogi Bear's� Toys for Tots                     ROCK-N-ROLL CHRISTMAS
    Santa and Mrs. Claus visit Jellystone. Help Yogi Bear� trim the tree. Visit Santa with your wish list early and receive a treat bag. Cookie decorating with Mrs. Claus. Site decorating contest. 1st prize $50.00. Christmas caroling on the lite stick wagon ride. Hog Roast on the beach. Corn Roast at Old Faceful. Picture taking with Yogi & Santa. See LITTLE OBIE and take a ride on a real live train, engine, boxcar and caboose. Little OBIE joins the parade line up with motor cycles, golf carts and our wagon ride leading the Toys for Tots Rock-N-Roll Christmas parade with Santa, Mrs. Claus Yogi Bear� and his friends.  Bring a new unwrapped toy for Yogi's favorite friends at Toys for Tots.  No stuffed animals please. Dancing Saturday night with "The Nobody's Rock-N-Roll Band.

July 29, 30 & 31    YOGI BEAR'S� Surprise Birthday Party

Happy Birthday Yogi Bear�!  Come join in on the fun and games with "FREE" cake and ice cream for everyone!  We'll surprise Yogi with clowns in the park, a magician, games, prizes, face painting, tattoos, balloon launch, lite stick wagon rides. Family pool party, dancing and food($) with "Jammin" DJ. or Dancing at Yogi Bear�Stage with DJ Byrne/Deseyre.

5, 6 & 7  " TRUE DEVOTION "Live Music Showcase"

IT'S A TALENT SHOW. 1st PRIZE $100.00. Bring back the Oldies and celebrate the fantastic times of "Songs that take you back", Live Saturday, South Street Band. Kick off the fun Friday night, enter and try out for the talent show.  Bring your talent to the stage on Saturday night and you may win 1st prize!  Bring your props. Enjoy Brewers Fish Fry on Friday night. Come to the dance dressed in your favorite 50's, 60's, 70's and even 80's contest. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded. All you can eat CC's Buffet on Saturday. Compete in a variety of family games, Puddin Feedin contest, Sack races, Three legged races, Tie dying, Lite stick wagon rides and more.. Moonlight Madness sale at the Ranger Station.  Come dressed in your pajamas to shop.  Best pajama contest, prizes.

   12, 13 & 14  Mardi Gras Weekend
   

You don't have to be in New Orleans to celebrate this event.  Who will be the King and Queen? Don't forget to vote for someone special. Decorate your bike, golf cart yourselves or make a float and join us for the Margi Gras parade. Prizes $$. Best decorated float, golf cart and bike. Prizes $$. Make festive hats, masks, crowns, and streamers in arts & crafts, and we'll provide the beads for our Mardi Gras parade through the park.  Face painting and tattoos Mardi Gras style. Carriage rides around the park.  Pony rides for the kids. DIXIELAND dinner on Saturday. Mardi Gras costume contest.  Wear your Mardi Gras beads, mask, and hat at the Mardi Gras dance on Saturday night.  You may win a prize.  Live music by "Lake Effect Band".

19, 20 & 21    Fiesta Weekend

Latino Music - Food - Dancing - Games
   Enjoy the variety of homemade Latin American foods. Learn a Latin dance. Make a colorful Pi�ata in arts & crafts.  Dress in your favorite ethnic costume contest for our judges at the Saturday night band stage. 1st prize $50.00.  Ice cream specialties. "Yogi on the loose." Watch your picnic baskets!  Picture taking with Yogi Bear.  Lite stick wagon ride. Dance to the music of Latino Artists Saturday evening.

26, 27 & 28    Halloween in August
    Yogi's all time FAVORITE weekend comes ALIVE.  Have candy at your campsite for trick or treating throughout the park. Best costume contest and Halloween parade.  Prizes in all age categories.  Spook up your campsite for our lot decorating contest. Prizes ($) Get ready for a weekend of creepy fun activities that will make you scream. Paint a pumpkin, apple bobbing, eat a bug or brains for lunch, make caramel apples.  Lite stick wagon ride. Watch out for the scary monsters!  Wear your costume for our Halloween dance Saturday night. Contests and Prizes. Music by "Entertainment Express". If you would like to sign up with Recreation to provide a scare please do so by August 21st.

Labor Day 2, 3, 4 & 5   NASCAR RACE Weekend    

 Decorate your campsite with your favorite NASCAR racer.  1st prize $50.00.  Who will be the fastest person of the day and get the big trophy?  Radio remote races.  Trophies for the first 4 places.  Lots of racing games and prize giveaways.  Motorcars scavenger hunt and boat races.  Mini golf tournaments, categories for all ages with prizes. fishing, mini golf and arts & crafts. Ranger Station will close at 6PM on 9/2 in preparation for MOONLIGHT MADNESS SALE at 9PM 9/2.Come down to the Lake Pavilion for Joe's BBQ Dinner Saturday evening. Live entertainment on Saturday, Jimmy Henrich & The Western Haze, Sunday "101 RANCH BAND". Enjoy breakfast specials at Cindy's Goodie shop on Sunday & Monday.
